Features
High Printability
This PVC film is highly printable and compatible with a variety of printing methods, including offset, digital, flexographic and screen printing. Its surface is specially treated to accommodate resolutions up to 1440 dpi, which helps achieve fine graphics and text, ensuring clear, rich colors. This high-resolution printing performance comes from its surface smoothness and uniform material density, which allows the ink to be evenly distributed on the surface.
Excellent Color Retention
This UV-stabilized PVC film offers excellent color retention, with a Blue Wool Scale rating-a standardized measure of lightfastness for dyes and pigments-of 7-8. This high rating makes it well-suited for long-term exposure to indoor lighting conditions. Compared to ordinary PVC films, this product can retain its color for up to 3-5 years indoors. Thanks to the added UV stabilizers, it is also suitable for short-term outdoor use, resisting rapid fading even under sunlight exposure.
Smooth Finish
This PVC film is available in two surface treatment options, high gloss and matte, ensuring smoothness and visual quality. Glossy films have a glossiness of 70-90 gloss units (GU), and matte films have a glossiness of 5-20 GU, which can meet different visual and tactile needs. This smoothness comes from the fine manufacturing process and material surface treatment, which avoids common scratches and uneven textures, ensuring the exquisite printing effect and overall professional appearance.
Durability and Water Resistance
The PVC film adopts a durable formula with good water resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. The material itself has good tensile strength and weather resistance, and can remain stable in humid, hot and light environments. Its internal structure is added with antioxidants and plasticizers to ensure that the material will not become brittle or peel under heat, light and humidity changes. In terms of durability, the service life is extended by 20%-30% compared with ordinary PVC products.
Adhesive Compatibility
The PVC film is suitable for a variety of adhesives, including acrylic adhesives and rubber-based adhesives, and can firmly adhere to different surfaces such as glass, metal, and plastic. Its surface energy is usually between 38-40 dynes/cm, which enhances the adhesion of adhesives by improving surface wettability, making the bond strong and lasting. This compatibility is due to precise surface treatment and material modification. Compared with general PVC film, its bonding strength between different materials is increased by 10%-15%.
Applications
Top-grade printing PVC film in roll is widely used in various applications such as advertising, packaging, and decoration. Its high printability makes it ideal for producing vibrant graphics, labels, banners, and signage. Commonly used in the production of promotional materials, the film is also utilized in the manufacturing of packaging for products that require durable and visually appealing surfaces. Additionally, it is employed in the automotive and interior design industries for custom decals, wall coverings, and other decorative applications.
